Please state the components which need to repair and provide related photos. Once we accept the repair request, please send the defective item to our office address. All shipping fees are responsible by customer.
If you purchased from The Unit Store physical stores:
Please bring along the defective item, warranty booklet or warranty card, and invoice issued by The Unit Store to any of our physical stores or corners. Our staff will follow up the repair.
